In the demonstration site we have set up four users, you are invited to to this site (http://demo.notessui.com) and use these users to explore Notes Sui.
The password for all users is: summer2016
You can logged in as either-
In the demonstrations you will be asked to log in may be as one, two or three users on different browsers to see how they share and interact together. In this way you can see how Notes Sui works.
The functionality has not been restricted and we have tried to make the experience as realistic as possible from uploading a presentation, making the presentation, recording notes, and printing the notes.
You are asked to be aware that other users will follow you and that although Notes Sui will take all precautions to avoid offending anyone we are at the mercy of the last user's morals and ethicacy.
The Notes Sui PowerPoint Add-in creates the different colour formats of your presentation.
Once installed all you do is create/open your PowerPoint presentation, and when you are ready click on the Notes Sui prepare presentation in the Notes Sui tab, the conversion is over in seconds.
The system provides you with the details to register your presentation and upload the colour formats files and notes files.
With the upload complete you are ready to make a presentation. Now you have one presentation with many colour formats to be used by many students.
The "As is" format is a special standalone format for when you need to reformat your slides into an additional colour palet to the standard five.
Using a mobile device you are able to move around the classroom reading your notes and controling the presentation screen.
The students can watch the presentation on the main screen or their personal device in a colour format that suits them best.
You are aware of the contents of the current screen and the reminder notes you wrote about the slide, or in the preview window you can move to another slide, review it, and jump to that slide. You can decide to share your reminder notes with the students. You can also change the colour format of the presenter screen to suit you.
In the script layout you share the control of the presentation you are jointly making and can send messages between you and the current presenter. It can be used for chaired presentations with the co-ordinator having shared access and enable to send warning messages like 5 minutes left, 2 minutes left, and stop now.
Making notes is so easy in Notes Sui. Attendees (Students) can type notes about the current slide or to any released slide. If provided they can see the presenters notes and what they intended to emphasie. The notes pages are viewed with the slide in a preferred colour format.
A better way of making and managing your notes is to copy the PC screen of the slide and paste it into One note or some other word processing system used for note taking.
Script mode can be used in a group presentation to provide all the members with access to the intended script for the presentation.
One member of the group will be the leader controlling the presentation. The others sharing the leader's presentation are able to view the text or notes for the current screen. With the script view users can browse forwards through the presentation to their slides and prepare themselves. Script mode is an electronic version of cribe notes for a presenatation. BUT nothing beats real preparation.
You view the slides and notes in your preferred colour format. Switch between screen modes and layouts. Amend your notes to make the text / script sound more like the natural flow of your voice.
The team can pass preformatted and free text messages to the current presenter (to receive the messages the presenter must be using Notes Sui in presenter mode, and using chrome for live updates to work).
Notes Sui can overcome this as every student can see the slide in detail, because it is right in front of them on their device. They can use accessiblity options of zooming in and out, focus rulers, or colour overlays (IR issues) to help them see what you placed on the slide.
If there is no data projector or it is not working today you can still host the presentation with each participate using their device or sharing a device.
